Suprised nobody else has mentioned him yet. Kinda scary that a guy who hates America so much and is a raging racist, was even allowed to be in Obama's administration. I mean why would you even support a guy like that?? Scary!!! Anyways, good ridance to you Van Jones, and dont let the door hit you in the ass to hard!

Do you have any evidence besides the inane ramblings of Glenn Beck and the like that Van Jones actually hates America or white people? I'll be waiting for some proof.

Additionally, the notion that a white women who supposedly has an affinity for black men would subscribe to that type of rhetoric is highly amusing to me.

Fact is Glenn Beck exposed him for what he is. Matter of fact, It's safe to say that Glenn Beck defeated him. He was forced to resign after he exposed him. Just for kicks I will bite, Amanda the only relevant thing Beck said in that whole report was that Jones renounced his communist and militant past. There are many who serve in high ranking political positions, that have EXTREMELY murky pasts, (Klan members, manslaughter, tax evasion, ect.) surely you are up in arms about those people as well right? Jones may have had a somewhat abrasive delivery at times, (although that can certainly be debated) but it is a shame that a clearly VERY intelligent man will not get a chance to use his talents and skills in a very crucial post to help make the country a better place.

 

I asked for proof that Van Jones is anti-American or a bigot and you produced nothing but Beck's ramblings. Just because Fox "News" spends several news cycles running with a story doesn't make it true. The Obama administration is weak and far too invested in maintaining the veneer of bi-partisanship despite the fact that the Republicans only seem interested in using any decision the Administration makes to go on the offensive. This kind of capitulation is to be expected, especially with Rahm Emanuel at the helm, but it doesn't mean that any of the outrage had the slightest bit of a validity.

And I'll double down and what I wrote earlier: I have a very hard time believing that a Glenn Beck fan has any affinity for black people whatsoever. Why are you here?
