If it were a teenage girl that wouldn't even be part of the thought process

How do you know what my thought process is? It's a simple question. You're making it complicated.

To my understanding, that generally comes up in the police report. And we would get the whole story if it makes it to court.

Either way, it is still statutory. It was her responsibility to not go through with it as an adult. I am still creeped out that she kept in contact with him since he was like 7 or 8 and then had sex with him 9 or 10 years later. It really gives the impression that she groomed him.

Agreed. It's still statutory and yes that sounds creepy. In that case it sounds like she lied when she said she didn't know he was only 17.

If you google the text messages, she said she didn’t know, but then goes on to talk about how it shouldn’t be a problem. Basically, hypocritical feminist opinions.

The sad part is if this was a man doing this to a girl, most wouldn’t question it during this #metoo era. It seems “believe survivors” only applies to women. But, that is generally how things work.

And what did he say to what he must have assumed?

He didn't say anything to give me a hint as to what he assumed.

Almost half the eligible voters in this country didn't even bother to vote in the 2016 election. So folks who like to remind everyone of that stat, are telling it out of context.

Was it almost half? I thought it was less than that. Good to know. So, are you implying that the 53% were all just conservative white women? I know a good number of people decided not to vote (myself included). Either way, I do agree, although I've read conflicting data, it doesn't tell the whole story.
