http://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/albuquerque-cops-charged-murder-homeless-man I guess that this is proof that all of these protests against police brutality and prosecutorial complicity are much ado about nothing. I mean here's a case where the DA charged two cops without even bothering to go to a grand jury for the indictment. Not only that, but the deceased was actually armed at the time of his death. Hmmmm...what's the difference in this case? Oh yeah, here's a picture of the victim:
I'm going to wait for the guilty before watching all of this theatrics. I'm pretty sure it will not happen.
I'll bet a week's pay that the right will tell us finally justice is being served so no one should protest anymore. Police finally being held accountable.... when the victim is white.
This is TRULY justice being served. Trayvon, Mike Brown, Eric Garner.. every last one of them are CRIMINALS.. they had it coming to them. Even the video proves they commit crimes and instigate. You can't make this stuff up. So what if this man was armed, he was HOMELESS and the police had no right to take his life. Im glad the judge made the decision he did. Let this be an example of how the justice system should work. And let's be clear, none of this has to do with ethnicity or any sort of idea such as that so hold your race card for another day.
