Kayne West disrupts Taylor Swift's win

I don't think it's all that bad. What's the big deal? He was speaking up for someone who he admires.

First off, let's take a look at that: A major male recording artist -- not only that, a major male rapper -- standing up for a woman he admires. Not even someone he's sleeping with, someone whose work he admires.

Has this ever, EVER happened before?

Rappers are supposed to be misogynists. Kanye's supposed to be obsessed with himself.

But he was so moved by seeing someone not achieve what he felt they were fairly due, that he acted out.

We can condemn the acting out, but I for one am impressed by the motivation. The world has come quite a far way. Good for us.

Now all that said... what the hell was he doing taking the mic away from her in her moment? WTF. He really needs to dial whatever the problem he had that night back, and never do anything like that again.

He could have made a statement about the "unfairness" of Taylor Swift winning on his blog. He didn't need to interrupt her acceptance speech. That was incredibly rude and totally spoiled the moment for Taylor Swift.

That SOB..how dare he interrupts Taylor Swift when she won the award last night! I will not tolerate this behavior of his any longer. As of today, I have lost all my respect to that asshole.

I suspected that he doesn't like white people. I would love to come on the stage and beat his ass in the front of audience! Many words out of my mouth that I wanted to said to him!

Naw, this is Kanye. It couldn't have been a stunt. Maybe if Kanye didn't have a history of bitch-ass-ness, then it could probably be viewed as a stunt. And if it was a stunt, it was a waste of a stunt that people still wouldn't forgive him over. It wasn't like the Eminem/Bruno shit I heard about. There was nothing comedic about this shit, though.

 

I don't think you'll see Eminem runnin' up on stage, crashing someone else's awards speech when Elton John doesn't win an award. And if someone is gonna go that far to go on stage and do some shit like that, then dude is a dickrider, at the least. Dude was all over Beyonce's nuts/ovaries.

 

Yeah, well said. Even if he's admiring Beyonce's work, he should not have interrupted her moment. Imagine how awful Taylor Swift must have felt with him running his mouth off like that.
