I'm not a politician so i can say what i want, when i want, how i want so i'll keep it short and sweet - America, in my view, has a case of Stockholm Syndrome.

 

Disposable, your story does nothing...you know why? America PROVIDES that ANYONE can better themselves. Who's forcing you to stay grilling burgers? You honestly tell me, you can't take night classes at a community college, and work day shifts? Or ANY OTHER ARRANGEMENTS for you to get a better education than what you have now? Can't afford it? Take out a loan to pay for it.

There are SO MANY FUCKING WAYS that one can go about bettering themselves. The problem is people are tooo fucking lazy to explore how they can, and would rather live off the motherfucking system, than actually using thier brain.

Everyone makes what they are in this life. I worked my ASSS OFF, first at a community college, then a University...waking up at 6am to 3pm work, then 3pm to 8pm classes, 6 days a week. I took loans out to pay for it, which I am currently paying back. I made sacrifices to get at a point that I am satisfied with. You do the same.

There would be absolutely no chance that a Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton or Sarah Palin could make a credible run for the highest offices in the land. Conservatives would never have allowed it.

Civil rights? Women’s rights? Liberals went to the mat for them time and again against ugly, vicious and sometimes murderous opposition. They should be forever proud.

The liberals who didn’t have a clue gave us Social Security and unemployment insurance, both of which were contained in the original Social Security Act. Most conservatives despised the very idea of this assistance to struggling Americans. Republicans hated Social Security, but most were afraid to give full throat to their opposition in public at the height of the Depression.

Excuse me? I -am- working my ass off. I'm maxed out on the loans I can get just so I can -live- while I go to school, and the only fucking jobs available to me because I -do not have a degree- are shitty minimum wage jobs, and most of -those- don't want to hire me because my school schedule changes every 11 weeks.

Because I'm not going to a shitty community college. I'm going to a real fucking school and my degree will be more important because of it, because frankly a degree from a private college looks a lot fucking better on a resume than one from a shitty community college. Thus providing me with better jobs in the future.

Don't you dare assume I'm lazy and not willing to work. I have not been working my ass off to make my life better so some ignorant asshole on a message board can assume I'm fucking lazy because I'd like to have the ability to go to a fucking doctor when I get sick. I have worked harder than most people my entire life just to survive, so don't you dare act like I'm just a lazy fuck who wants to live off the government.

Speaking of the government...were all of your student loans private? Or did you take out government loans that are in place because lazy liberals want to take [/b] your[/b] tax money so people who can't get regular, higher interest loans can go to school and make a better life for themselves? Or did you simply go to a bank and get a bunch of private loans to pay for your degree? Hmm? Frankly, if you had the ability as a college student to get nothing but private loans, or that was your only option, then obviously your parents were better able to provide for you than my obviously lazy parents who made sure I was poor enough to qualify for those fucking loans I'll be paying back for the rest of my life because I'm doing everything I fucking can.

You're not conservative, you're a fucking greedy capitalist who doesn't want anyone but himself to succeed, otherwise after working so hard and taking aid from our fucking government you wouldn't have such a problem with giving back to the people who need that same fucking help that you did.

 

Dont be a sh*t-head! Do you know how many people work their asses off who dont have health care. Now Im pretty sure your saying, "thats just one of the sacrifices you have to make to better yourself."

Where as men dont go to the doctors office unless sh*t on their bodies either changes color or falls off, women need and have to see doctors on a regular basis. Their bodies are much more complicated than ours. And if you dont realize that then you're a f*cking idiot!

Think about it...you went to a community college and THEN to a university. WHY...because you knew that you're 2-year degree wouldnt put enough food on the table for you and you needed a better degree to earn a decent wage.

So why would you turn around and tell her to get a 2-year degree? A degree...that in her field would be useless? I'll tell you why...because you have no idea what the f*ck you're talking about.

Like so many conservatives, you enjoy using government "handouts" and assistance, but like to pretend you dont. And then when someone else wants government assistance to better themselves (like you did) you call them a lazy bastard? "Oh," its ok for the government to suppliment your university and the classes you took to graduate (which they did) but thats as far as that federal assistance should go!

I am just so fucking tired of Republicans, man. I'm noticing over the past 8 years they've grown more loud, strident and hateful. Yet they're the first to accuse somebody of closed-mindedness or bias. Or is it just me?

 

He doesn't understand the need to check for cervical cancer, because he doesn't know what a fucking cervix is.

However, his tax dollars pay for me to have free or low cost annual pap smears, whether he likes it or not, because at least the government understands the importance of keeping an eye on that shit.

I just don't understand why it's so wrong to want to have a little help. I'm just as much a citizen of this country as anyone else born here, and to have someone call me lazy because I'm trying as hard as I can to break the cycle of poverty that I've been born into, because I'm working through much more than just being poor to make damn sure my future and the future of the children I might have is better than the life I grew up in, is fucking ridiculous.

You wanna see lazy? Look at these upper-class republicans, you know, the ones who want to keep their hands on their millions and have no concern for their fellow man. I'm not a goddamn hippie, but I do believe that if you're fortunate then there's nothing wrong with helping people who aren't. Poor people are not always fucking lazy. I will not say all are not, because I've seen them. I've seen those pricks who want to live off the government, and they make me sick because my family and I have never tried to be like that, but thanks to those fucks we get a bad fucking name.

I've seen this before, where a few ruin the name of a large number of people. We all have. "Poor people are lazy" is just as much a stereotype as "black people are lazy", and "mexicans are stealing all the good jobs" and anything else people feel the need to spew from their shit-stained mouths.

But arguing this shit on a message board is going to do no good. Dude is just going to be pissed and hypocritical regardless of what anyone on here says. The only thing I'm glad of is he at least seems to be in the minority concerning these views, unless everyone else is too scared to speak up.

Frankly, ignorance pisses me off. And this is just that: ignorance. Selfishness. Greed. Judgmental bullshit. I'd like to see a fuck like him walk a day in my mom's shoes. He'd be broken down crying by the end of the day. I'd love it one day if idiots like this could just spend a day poor. Life isn't so fucking grand when you go to sleep hungry because you fed your children instead of yourself. It's not all a bed of fucking roses when the only food you get for the week comes from a food pantry, because you got fired not because of anything you did but because the economy is so fucking shot they couldn't afford to pay you anymore, and thanks to said shitty economy you can't find another job quickly and your family suffers for it while the well-off republicans pat their full stomachs and call you fucking lazy.

Fuck...This is what's wrong with this goddamn country. People who assume they know everything and have no feelings for anyone else in this fucking place.

You wanna know what conservative thinking really is? It's rejecting progression. Progressive thinking, and ideas, have always been labeled "liberal". Now think about this for a second. "progressive". That sounds a lot like a word called "progress". Moving forward, thinking about tomorrow, not yesterday.

I remember in history class reading about a bunch of fucking liberals who helped free a bunch of slaves here in the United States not too long ago. I remember reading about a bunch of liberals who protested against civil rights violations against the descendents of said slaves. I remember reading about a bunch of liberals who protested a war in another country this country of ours had no reason fucking around with in the first place, college kids dying because their liberal ideas got them shot by the fucking national guard at Kent State University.

This country was fucking built by liberals. Conservative thinkers in the 18th century were people who didn't support the American Revolution. They wanted to stick with England. Liberals fought the war, liberals tossed the fucking tea into the harbor, and liberals set down the foundation of this goddamn country that's been perverted and twisted over the last 300 years.

"Conservative" are the people in my hometown, a bunch of racist idiots who hate anything that's different. Gays are going to burn in hell, abortion is the devil, interracial dating and procreation is an abomination, and anything that isn't "normal" and "conservative" is evil.

I personally prefer to think for my damn self and seeing as how I grew up with nothing I don't have a fucking problem helping out people who are trying to help themselves. The fuckers who don't want to do anything, won't try to do anything to make things better? Fuck them. But honest, hardworking people who have just been handed a bad lot in life deserve our fucking respect, and help when we can. It's like saying "oh my god, you lost everything in a hurricane...that's so horrible, but don't be asking to stay at my place. Go live in your dilapidated, shitty home and find a new job since yours isn't planning on coming back to town, and work hard to make it better. Don't expect any fucking handouts because your laziness is why your house was destroyed by a natural disaster."

Sometimes people have no control over what life throws at them, and that is absolutely no reason to judge and ridicule them. In the Depression many people went hungry because there were no jobs. It wasn't a lack of trying, it was a lack of fucking work. Those people were lazy, they had no fucking options, and government funded bread lines kept some from starving. And I bet even then there were fucks who were protesting, not wanting their tax dollars spent on people who were "just too lazy to get a job"
