New Orleans/Tulane sucks

Hey guys,

I'm of Middle Eastern background (but I look Hispanic), and I have seen no interracial couples of any mix (other than WM with Asian Females) here in New Orleans or on Tulane's campus.

What do you guys think? Does New Orleans suck for minority men wanting a WW?

Also, how can you tell whether a WW is willing to date outside of her race? I was looking at Yahoo Personals and other dating websites, and I was surprised to see how many WW said that their match had to be white. I'm getting pretty depressed and tired of the "right-hand" date. I know Europe is paradise for minority men wanting WW. I can't wait to go to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and other countries. In my early teenage years, I was in Europe for a short time, and it was clear that European women were VERY INTERESTED in something different and very open. In fact, the WW in the U.S. who the nicest and most approachable toward me grew up in Europe. The U.S. sucks for minority men, and I would argue that Middle Eastern men have it worse than BM.

Is Europe really the promised land for minority men? Which U.S. cities are good for us? I can tell you that New Orleans, D.C., and Philadelphia absolutely suck for men of color.

Well, there are some IR couples in New Orleans...the funny thing is, you just see them late at night, at the movies for instance...something me and my man Lucifermorningstar experienced in the Big Easy...

Why? are they hiding? maybe...this is the deep south man, what can I say!
All I can say is when you go out (place like "The Boot" or other typical Tulane bars aren't really good...full of rich 18-20 year old white babes who think they are the apple of God's eye...stay away from those night clubs...

On the other hand, place like the "Maple Leaf bar" where the "Rebirth Brass band" plays on Oak Street, or some of those nice Jazz bars on Frenchmen Street (Blue Nile, Snug Harbor, Cafe Negril...) you'll find more mature WW (25-30 yrs old) who show more interest in culture diversity and in BMs!!...and they're just as hot, so go for it, talk to them (not agressively), make eye contact, offer a drink, start a conversation, don't be shy!!!

Check out a spot called Whiskey Blue. It's at the W Hotel right across from Harrah's casino. It usually has a pretty diverse crowd. At least the times I've been there.
