Poor Geno Smith, having to sit all day in the green room for nothing. I hope he goes to back and is taken early in round 2.

Glad to hear he's staying in NY for today's draft. I want him to go to the Eagles...I think he can find success with Chip Kelly and Vick. He'll get scooped up early by someone!

I think Geno's gonna' be fine. He'll get picked in round 2. Maybe middle of the round.

I was surprised Mani Te'o didn't picked up. I thought he was gonna' goaltend 1st round atleast....

Chargers got Manti Te'o. I actually liked the kid and now I'm going to have to hate him. Bummer. :smt019

It's gotta be tough to be a Bears fan anywhere. This what I have
    to deal with:

Kyle Long’s path to the podium at Halas Hall on Friday was anything but ordinary.
Gave up football after high school. Drafted by the White Sox. Enrolled at Florida State to play baseball. Back to football as a defensive end in junior college. A position switch to offensive line. One year at Oregon.
And there he was, holding up a No. 75 jersey as the first-round pick of the Bears. In short.:smt085

Yes sir! Although I must admit, Raider fans naturally have thick skin and big mouths, so I fair just fine in SD. The charger fans in my life avoid me during football season because I know more stats then they ever will, so trying to debate me on football will never be easy for 'em! I'm like a mama tiger when someone's coming at my Raiders...I go straight for the jugular!

There's always a lot of talk about the Raiders going back to LA :)smt049) and the chargers moving to LA :)smt018), but it's usually always during the regular season. I say give it a few months and the stories will start circulating more frequently!

LA is a huge city, thirsty for a football team, but I honestly don't know how I'll feel if it's someone other than the Raiders that sets up camp in my home town

Didn't know the Raiders were sill in contention for L.A. Thought they were moving to San Fran. Should be interesting

In reality, they're probably not. The rumor mill does a good job though of making it seem like it's a possibility. And fans like me eat it up like it's reality!

The whole LA team thing is gonna be a team moving there, I dont really see any type of expansion anytime soon. That being said if a team were to move there the most like two would be San Diego as they are always complaining about how their stadium sucks and they need a new one, and it seems that LA is willing to build one for any team that commits. The other team and probably more likey would be Jacksonville. Its a team that never sells out and northern florida is a terrible market for a team as Atlanta and New Orleans were the established teams there long before they got there. The only thing about that though is you would maybe have to realign the AFC West and South moving a new LA team to the west and KC to the south but that would ruin some of the traditional rivalries of the west.

Oh here in case your a total football and draft junkie and want to see what your team did in undrafted free agency here is a link a complete list of all signings.

To FRESH, I like you am a bears fan been one since I was 5 years old and like you I was confused and upset at the Kyle Long pick. A guy with 4 career starts and some character issues at the 20th pick when they could have traded back and picked up a few more picks and still gotten him. The fact is if his dad wasnt Howie Long he would not have been taken that high. Now with all that being said I think they made up for it is day 2 and 3. They picked up 2 solid line backers that could be the next Urlacher and Briggs in a few years. Then in the 7th round picked up Marques Wilson a kid who has 1st round talent but clashed with Mike Leech at WSU and quit the team which is why he was a 7th round pick. They also picked up Mark Harrison WR out of Rutgers. 6-3 and 4.4 speed and pretty good hands a bit, although some character concerns. Lets just hope that the Long pick doesnt come back to bite the Bears, because Long is gonna start at G apparently before they move him out to tackle and that means he will be matching up with a guy a lot of bears fans would have liked in Sharif Flloyd when they play the Vikes.

I wouldn't want the Jags moving just because I don't like the idea of realigning the AFC West. I think the biggest possibility is SD. Their stadium here sucks and the voters never approve funding. It's not a real die hard football town, and many of the people who do live here are transplants from other cities/states so they love their hometown teams. I just don't see SD putting up the necessary money to keep an NFL team here.

I hadn't heard about the Rams bring interested in moving back. That would be kind of cool.

    Yeeeeeaaaaaa Baby!!!!

Y'all have NO idea how happy this makes me! I've been a Woodson fan since DAY ONE...this kid is not only ridiculously fine (all important trait in the NFL lol), but I totally dig his style. Baby boy belongs in black and silver!
