Thankfully he wasn't someone violent.... [HDYT]VMqyU2BddXQ#t=17[/HDYT] But it's so NY, bold as hell! super-bowl-mvp-interrupted-by-911-truther/
I'm still trying to wrap my brain around that game last night. The commercials, for the most part sucked. The game sucked. It wasn't even sporting. Seriously, WTF happened to Denver? Who was that team out there last night? :smt017 I just don't get it. A team that dominated during the season and the playoffs, comes to the Superbowl and plays like THAT?? I was hoping for a more entertaining game. I like Seattle and I like Russell Wilson and I'm happy for him, but still, WTF Denver? Make it a contest for crying out loud. And those Peyton Manning memes on the last page were funny. LOL. And now, the football season is over until August. :smt022:smt022:smt022 The most entertaining part of the game last night was the halftime show. :smt023 I was worried that Bruno Mars would suck, but he put on a great show. I'd see him in concert if that's the type of show he puts on...
ROFL, Northside, Broncos were shook from the first whistle. I don't think anyone expected that beat down they received.
As I tried telling yall, bad matchup Denver only chance last nite was jumping on them early once that didn't happen and Moreno no longer a threat equal long ass day for Denver
Yep, pretty much. Seattle's defense was that much better than the Broncos offense. Bronco's could never lay down the marker and got schooled.
The bottom line is that Denver absolutely shit the bed last night, plain and simple. The Seahawks were great, don't get me wrong, but there's just no excuse for Denver to get their asses handed to them the way they did last night. It was like the 80s-early 90s all over again. They owe their fans an apology.
I feel you on the first part but I disagree with the second. It's not like the score was 14-8 or even 21-8. Seattle hung 43 points on Denver. And it wasn't just Seattle's defense that did it. It was also a complete failure of Denver's defense as well. Even without the interception, the field goals, and the safety Seattle still scores 28 points and that's still a rout. And the less said about Denver's special teams, the better. If the Falcons had made it that far only to get massacred for 60 minutes I'd be saying the same thing.
Would have been cheaper to buy a $4mil SB Ad spot Bad bet: Houston furniture store owner loses $7 million on Broncos' loss
What an idiot. I'm sure he's loving the free publicity he's getting and that's the reason he did it, but man, what a moron.
This is one of those times that Richard Sherman should have just kept his mouth shut:smt043 Seattle Seahawks CHEATED in the Super Bowl XLVIII 2014 If you watched this year’s Super Bowl XLVIII as a Broncos fan, the Denver performance seemed to be a complete letdown, something I’m sure no one expected… but was it really Denver’s own fault, or the undoing of the NFL’s star quarterback by the Seattle Seahawks? Richard Sherman, corner back of the Seattle Seahawks, claims that they were able to crack Peyton Manning’s hand signals and calls and were able to use that knowledge to their advantage during the game. “We knew what route concepts they liked on different downs, so we jumped all the routes. Then we figured out the hand signals for a few of the route audibles in the first half,” states Sherman. Cheating? Sherman doesn’t seem to think so, saying, “All we did was play situational football,” to Sports Illustrated’s blog. Now, it may be an underhanded or a dirty trick to use in the Super Bowl, but it is not necessarily ‘cheating’ in the sense of the word. It was, however, the Seahawks finding a way to give themselves an enormous advantage over the Broncos, a tool that lead to the crushing defeat of the Broncos and the shifting of momentum way too far for Denver to recover. Picture of Peyton Manning, Star Quarterback of the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl XLVIII 2014 Peyton Manning, Star Quarterback of the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl XLVIII 2014 Peyton Manning, the quarterback of the Broncos and star NFL player, appeared a bit off in the Super Bowl – a surprise to most people, as he has been in the spotlight many times before. It seems to be that the Seahawks signal-reading worked rather well, and definitely explains the unexpected performance by Manning and the Broncos, with a final score of 43-8. “It’s not embarrassing at all. I would never use that word,” Manning states after the game. “The word ‘embarrassing’ is an insulting word, to tell you the truth.” So, all in all, was it cheating for Seattle to crack Manning’s code? Not necessarily. Unfair? Definitely. What do you think about the Seahawks method of playing the Super Bowl? Was it cheating or just strategy? Was it right for Seattle to do that? As many pick plays Denver calls ( yes bitter Oakland fan) notorious for cut blocking, and Peyton snapping the ball after substitutions ( if the offense subs the refs are to allow the defense) if Denver bitch about figuring out hand signals my hatred of them ( save the greatest player ever elway) Only grows lol
