No Justice For Eric Garner an honest broker

The little country town I lived in for a while was legit. Everyone knew each other, so you could expect people to be easy going. IR was common and the cops didn't mistreat anyone because we were all on a first name basis. We ALL went to the same gym etc... I even trained a few cops there. I bet you would dig a town like that at some point.

Normally Jeffrey Toobin and Mark Geragos would try to lawyer up the situation on CNN but you could see the look of disgust on their faces whey they were talking about this travesty of justice. THIS WAS RECORDED and yet the so called grand jury didnt find the need to indict???!!. NYPD banned choke holding in the 90s and this cop was clearly choke-holding this guy and the grand jury STILL didnt indict this cop. I am happy Holder wants to do something about this cus this is getting out of hand.

Shoot First ask questions later...Most Police Departments have that creed. Why didn't the cop at least get fired? Choke holding is against the law.

There is a Marital Art called Taiho Jutsu that is used in Japan and is specifically used for Police arrest and control tactics. No suspect gets killed in Japan that is unarmed. Certainly choke holds are not used.

Barack Obama has to change the system. All Policeman in America should be trained in Taiho Jutsu. Body cameras is a good start but is not enough. They didn't shoot Eric Garner...

 

I have been watching Fox regularly for more follow-up on the Tamir Rice shooting since they aired a piece on Thanksgiving. It is like they have put a Zero Tolerance ban in that case since then . . . even opposing view liberal guests don't mention it on that network. Too much shame I guess because not one show Bill, Kelly or Sean or even the 5 have made the slightest mention of Tamir Rice and they even edit out any reference too him when others refer to the tragic funeral yesterday

Yahoo is also covering mayor dblasshole and whoever the top cop is from NYC, in a live steam from their press conference, concerning departmental retraining

Obviously all of the protest and civil disobedience is putting pressure on them to change

Interesting article I'm glad this is a unifying thing but I do wonder if it happened in a red state how quick conservatives would speak up. Hell if Guiliani was still mayor I'd still bet they'd be silent. One thing about Republicans is they would sell their own kids before breaking rank.

The WH cops shot dead a black woman dental hygenist suffeting from post partum as she tried to drive off. They shot her dead with her baby in the car. The cops were not charged.

Oddly, Eric Holder refused to do a Federal investigation, and her family are livid, calling her death outright murder.

How can any person, let alone trained officers, not see he was in breathing distress and back their weight off of him. How terrifying for Eric. No one helped him even as he pleaded he couldn't breathe. So inhumane.
