We sure as heck don't live in post racial society. I didn't beieve it in '08 and I don't believe it now.

Damn, no conflicting testimony, no conflicting witness, we see the situation right there in video and no crime,,,,,wow NYC, progressive and liberal my ass. SMDH

The question now is are we better off now than we were in the 90's.

Compare Rodney King with Eric Gardner. Rodney King committed a worse offense than Eric.

Both men were doing something illegal.

Yet one was killed and another was beaten.

One at least had a trial and the other didn't.

    Exactly!!!
Nothing burns me up more than when dumb ass progressive blacks try to make it see as if things are better because we're not getting killed in the street.
Like Malcom X said "If you stick a knife in my back nine inches and pull it out six inches, there's no progress. If you pull it all the way out that's not progress. Progress is healing the wound that the blow made. And they haven't even pulled the knife out much less heal the wound. They won't even admit the knife is there. "

This was pure murder. There was an African American police woman who was in charge of that group of police at the scene of that killing. I understand this man left six children who now do not have a father. That damned Grand Jury.

Omg this is like looking at Gotham PD before Jim Gordon and batman

The city medical examiner (gomer Pyle obviously) said the death was a homicide caused by the chokehold and garners health

Wtf did he just make that shit up and why wasn't he FIRED if his own examination/record wasn't credible enough to get a fucking indictment

Either he's (and the collective opinion of a nation) incompetent or this union and grand jury are fucking scumbags

I wonder what a grand jury really is. Are they citizens or are they paid by the state.

Basically the medical examiner is being called a liar by the union chief who says there was no real choking involved

    Ain't that about a bitch....

Meanwhile the mayor and Bratton are looking at overhauling nypd training.....because obviously nothing was done wrong

Like I said, this will be the grand jury ruling that will be overturned ......the universal consensus opposing the vindication of that cop is too great....Another thing that come out of this is black people will be asked to police their own communities......white cops policing black communities has become too much of a heartburn and liability for the nation .......Look for a radical spike in black police recruitment. .....

Like the one guy said during the Katie couric yahoo special, black cops are just as liable to use brutality as whites

    Don't believe me use google

We have a guy here who literally sucker punched a woman on camera, got fired, appealed then reinstated at his rank. He was a lieutenant......

The bigger issue here is holding police accountable period, because this isn't just a white on black thing
