President Want $50 Billion for Jobs

The President want $50 Billion for job stimulation and to keep jobs for teachers, police, and firemen. Can he sell this considering the $787 Billion that was passed for the same thing?

 

He needs to be more accountable. We are in a debt. I think he may be able to sell it but it will not help in the end with the debt. It is hard to say no to teachers and firemen.
