It happened after the apartheid time , this video was shot in 1999.
These cops are still in jail, the whole nation was upset and i do not think
the will get out anytime soon. The south-african government had to look
for these three Mozambican guys and apologize on the behave of the whole
nation.

Doesn't surprise me. Usually vids like that are posted and shared by "certain persons" that are part of hate groups and post links like that on WS boards - some of them, considered potentially dangerous, are monitored by police also.
