Charles Rangel, the black congressman from Harlem New York who is also the Chairman of the House Way's and Means Committee that oversees taxes and finances is reporting that he had several million dollars that he did not know he had. This makes me made as hell. Why is these crooks enriching themselves in the congress, try to lie about it, think we are too stupid to see behind their dishonest ways, have the best health care than we and have the f***ing nerve to look down on us and think they can tell us anything and that we will believe them. Democrats or Republicans are nothing but a bunch of F***ing crooks.

    they're human after all..

to expect anything else, is foolish.

I'd recommending taking political science, or independently researching the material yourself, if you're really interested in seeing how flaky the system really is.

pettyofficerj, I'm my own independent researcher of political science and thought. I have been for years. That is why I watch, read and listen to all politcal thoughts and opinions. Yes, I get my news from "all sources". You would find me reading the leftist "Rules for Radicals" or the rightist "Death of the West" . The thing I find so disappointing about my fellow blacks is how so easy they fall prey to this "isolated blackthink thinking" when it comes to those black political leaders who you cannot not qustion for any reason. Not me. I do not care to be liked if it means to be a slave to someone elses point of view because of race, religion or culture. The hell with that shit. If it makes me enemies than so be it.

    +1

I think I understand what you're saying, even though you have a way with words.

    ;)

I mentioned political science, because it was one of the latest classes I've taken. Like sociology, the course opened my eyes with factual information, to back up points you're learning. One point I remember was about 'lawmakers,' not actually behaving accordingly, to their own fruits of their labor. Astonishing isn't it.

    /sarcasm

    basically..

the FDIC only insures but so much, if that's what you are referring to. Or maybe you have some 'benefit of distributed wealth' thing floating around your mind.

Either way, I wish I had 250k to toss into a bank account.

Should he put it into a trust fund instead?

250k is all insured. 3% annual interest (typically).

I hope Rangle learned from Adam Clayton Powell Jr. his predecessor and get his act together before he gets indicted.
