It's a good try, but I don't think it'll have much of an effect. The majority of the hip-hop community are left-leaning and I don't think the GOP's message will resonate with them

There are other methods the GOP can reach young people.

HIP HOP from the Republicans is NOT the way.

This will fail. I know the deal with how the GOP is with the younger voters and the African-American community. Hip-hop is really the same way.

I saw that on the Maddow show last night and could not believe it. Wow.

I almost fell out of my chair...

Look anybody with any common sense can not side with the GOP on ANY LEVEL.

Having said that, there are some people seriously disconnected from reality, especially in the rural areas of the United States and don't know any better.

All Obama has to do is pass his agenda and he'll get two terms despite what happens in the Middle East.

What WE should worry about is not what the GOP does, but who will run 2016....

    Howiedoit,
I do appreciate your effort to enlighten me and guide me out of harms way.....but I was merely responding to her personal request to be my friend on the profile page. As you can see on that same page, ...I have been befriended by several ladies... all of whom have extended this same good intentioned gesture.............So in the interest of maintaining the peace, I will overlook your horn dog implication : "Good try though"

lol...I know dex is a hard-rocker like me, but we can't generalize the hip-hop community into one negative lump, because I listen to hip-hop along with my metal...

    I'm not a felon

I hear ya bro. Just some brothas are like "HOW DARE YOU! HOW DARE YOU DIS HIP HOP!!! (foaming at the mouth) YOU AINT KEEPIN' THAT STREET CRED!"

Myself, I'm an oldschool funkateer, with a little bit of rock, jazz and Italo/HiNRG in the mix. When it comes to hip hop, I'm old school all the way. ;)
