Exactly right. The officer that killed a 12 year old boy, again will have no indictment... In Hostage situations they called out swat an look thru a scope on the rifle. For a child they should have sleep injection bullets or whatever they use for animals. They have to be careful tho. It has to be a low dosage. Why can't they use that protocol for a child? No child should be shot just because they are waiving a toy gun...
