One thing that some politicians don't seem to get is that unlike movie stars or popular musicians, few women are dying to bed a senator or Congressperson. Furthermore, Americans generally measure politicians with a moral barometer that's different from other public figures. Perhaps our religious heritage places them under a greater scrutiny than, let's say, their French or Italian counterparts. Chris Lee Resigns by Jamie Dupree If we developed a list of things that a married member of Congress might not want to do in office, sending shirtless photos to a women on Craigslist who isn't your wife might be on that list. That's all it took to draw the resignation of Rep. Chris Lee (R-NY), an otherwise obscure backbencher from Western New York, who saw his world turn upside down around 2pm, and was sending in his resignation letter just before dinner. I'll say this... At least he has the physique to show off. Secondly, he pulled a Bob Livingston by resigning under his own accord, so he's trying to save some shred of dignity. And lastly...maybe there's a place for the next "Who's Nailin' Paylin?" Franchise.
