Which is redundant and just a ploy by individual states to grab a little cash when they convict drug dealers. The IRS made it clear since the beginning that even illegal income is taxable. (Al Capone!) Actually, the IRS tells you whats NOT taxable, and that if the source of your income is not explicitly listed, then you must pay taxes on it.
