    Colossal Failure....

Like many failed programs started by Republicans in the last 30 years.

Do I REALLY have to list all the things Conservatives didn't support or backed that were NOT in the best interest of the "sheeple"?

Alex Jones is a nut job that has no credibility. He believes everything is a conspiracy by the government. A good documentary to watch about the War on drugs.

...legalize it all, tax it, regulate it, put the money into local infrastructures, health care, rehab facilities..

Some states have already begun to tax it. Not legalize it but tax it:

According to the article, 29 states have passed laws requiring drug dealers to pay taxes on their drug sales.

Which is redundant and just a ploy by individual states to grab a little cash when they convict drug dealers.

The IRS made it clear since the beginning that even illegal income is taxable. (Al Capone!) Actually, the IRS tells you whats NOT taxable, and that if the source of your income is not explicitly listed, then you must pay taxes on it.
