I was stationed in Germany in the late 80s in the ARMY. Majority of the women in those brothels are immigrants from Africa, MidEast, Far East and South America. Majority of clients are military and foreigners/tourists. Men from the MidEast and China/Japan are the biggest customers. The majority of local German women working in the brothels are married with children or in long term relationships. You would see husbands drop off their wives.

Gelnhausen is east of Hanau, Hanau is east of Frankfurt. I was with 3rd Armored Division, 2nd Brigade. Our DivArty units were stationed in Hanau. Them mofos was always in the field training and we head over there fucking their wives/girlfriends when they were away. HaHa!
We loved Graf! We had access to the PX, movie theaters. We would go to the main Kaserne and get cats stationed there to buy us beer/liquor cuz they would not sell to us when they saw our patch on the shoulder. Hohenfels was hell, we always went in winter/February.
