And what has this to do with your assertion I was responding to, namely that mexicans shouldn't be tolerated because they allegedly align themseves with white supremacists? I ask you again: should blacks be expelled from other countries because of the black nutheads I listed above?

I can understand that people are scared and concerned that massive immigration will cause economical problems, but I really can't stand these irrational reasons to engage in diffuse hatred against a whole group of people.

Exploidiing other nations and then attacking immigrants if they too want to have a piece of the fat cake will not solve the problem, the only way to reduce immigration is to provide people with appropriate opportunities in their own countries.

All of the info you displayed about black 'supremacists' is fine and dandy, Slivercosma, but I wonder, what does any of that have to do with this thread, let alone illegal Mexican immigration?

So now, you digressed the thread about illegal Mexican immigration into a conversation about black 'supremacists' and their involvement with white supremacists?

Yeah, hetero, it is a bad example.

OK, after you're done putting words in flaminghetero's mouth, get this: We can't provide people with appropriate opportunities in their own country, IF they choose to flood our country instead.

Illegal immigration is what shouldn't be tolerated...

The only people being exploited are the american workers and taxpayers that are GETTING REPLACED in the job market and stuck with the bill everytime illegals have a child in our clinics and hospitals WITHOUT PAYING..

Illegals can BUY HOMES WITH FAKE DOCUMENTS...that's not exploitation

They can DRIVE with FAKE LICENSES...that ain't exploitation

They can WORK and BANK without even PROVING WHO THEY REALLY ARE..that is not exploitation..

Not to mention the RAMPANT Social Security FRAUD they engage in..

WE GO TO PRISON FOR SHIT LIKE THAT.....BUT NOT THEM..

    Exploitation my ass..

We aren't the ones hating..it's your beloved illegals from mexico that call us changos and mayates in our own communities..We don't fuck with them when they move in like a converging tidal wave..

Even thier PRESIDENT and politicians INSULT us..but you choose to CALL US THE HATERS

Show me when a Black politico insulted mexicans

You better wake the fuck up if you're going to involve yourself in this discussion..especially when you call the VICTIMS of this CHEAP LABOR SCAM the haters..

    I know personally electricians..dry-wallers..roofers..air-conditioning reparemen..floor tilers..auto mechanics..plumbers..ect..ect.ect

THAT CAN'T FIND A DECENT WAGE..!!!!!!!!!

One thing we do agree on is that the ELITES in donor countries should educate...employ..and feed their own people..

But that's not what WALL STREET(or their washington flunkies) wants..and we KNOW mexico doens't want to help thier own..

Mexico has more BILLIONAIRES and MILLIONAIRES than any other country in Latin America..but they generate fewer tax-dollars than HAITI..!!!

First I want to say that this discussion should have nothing to do with racism, and who is more racists, blacks, whites or hispanics. Illegal immigrants are illegal and are a problem! Doesn't matter if I am a racist or not, doesn't change the status of an illegal immigrant.

I am really torn on the issue. I completely understand why people leave their own countries to look for a better future. I think coming from a safe and provided for environment like I assume the majority of us do makes it hard to really understand. On the other hand illegal immigration is not the answer as it leaves the hard working citizens of that country to foot the bill.
It pisses me off that in certain areas of the US it's almost mandatory for US Citizens to speak english, although I think that is a result of wrong political correctness and failed integration and not just the fault of the immigrants.
I also don't like that the majority of immigrants worldwide, not just the ones coming to the US, seem to come for financial reasons mainly and not necessarily to adopt a lifestyle which leads to a slew of integration problems.

I am dealing with the immigration authorities in the US as I am an immigrant myself and they suck. They are slow, work with outdated equipment and procedures and have a bad attitude. I know that Mexicans who attempt to come here legally would have to wait for many years so they try it illegally. The US needs to get this under control quick befure some crazy Minutemen start shooting people at the border.

Immigration has to be controlled. There has to be a system in place. Its nothing to do with colour or religion. But I get the impression that too many people/businesses in USA are gaining from illegal immigration. And the US is run for business.
AS for the Irish v Hispanics - sure the Irish integrate quite well into US society. But why do Irish people immigrate to U.S ? Its one of the richest countries of the European Union,(more millionaires per capita than the U.S. ) It has a labor shortage and is seeking foreign workers (12% of pop is foreign born)
    So question is . . . . . . why should the U.S. allow them in illegally ? ?
The U.S. owes nobody a living - except its own citizens.

    Diveristy is our strength

I think that immigration should be increased. By increasing LEGAL immigration we can reduce ILLEGAL immigration. It's a WIN-WIN for everyone (unless you're a useless white racist redneck hillbilly).

I'd much rather have a country that has a white minonrity than a white majority. IMMIGRATION solves the overwhelming problem of WHITE RACISM that plagues the African American community. I feel much more at home in a latino neighborhood than a hillbilly white neighborhood. White males are far more racist than latinos, that's a fact.

If great AA politicians like Maxine Waters and the rest of the Congressional Black Caucus support immigration from Mexico, then I support that too.

Thanks to the 1965 immigration reform law, the US has been importing a million immigrants a year, most of them, People of Color. As the Democrats have proven themselves time and time again of being the party that represents the poor and racial minorities, these new Americans have voted in lock step with our progressive values.

Let us heed the words of Art Torres, Democratic State Senator from California:

"Power is not given to you. You have to take it. Remember, 187 is the last gasp of white America in California. Understand that."

Live it, breathe it, interracialists. As more and more people of Color come to America we are making it more impossible for the RethugliKKKlans to ever becoming elected again, except perhaps as a rump caucus representing racist, rural gun-toting districts.

By 2050, the transition will be complete, and racists like George "MACACA" Allen will be relegated to the ashbin of history. We can then look forward to a permanent Democratic form of government with perhaps the Green party as the only electable official opposition. Perhaps this will happen much sooner because of the much higher birthrate of immigrants as well :)

The Latino (71%) and African American vote (95%) in 2006 have perhaps helped create the beginning of a new, emerging Democratic majority. They share our values for gay marriage, affirmative action and stricter gun control.

There is a system in place, the US Government issues quotas to regulate the influx of people and professions. So there is a quota for every country, this is then split in 3 to 4 categories (going down the food chain by education and skill level) the better skilled the more Visas are available. The more immigrants you have from a certain country, the less number of Visas becomes available and those are used up quicker. In addition there are quotas for certain professions, for example nurses are in high demand right now and wil have it easy to enter legally.
The system is unfortunately overworked, slow and beaurocratic.

While I don't support illegal immigration or amnesty, I think it's sad that the illegal immigrants are now taking the brunt of the backlash when the US Government is the single source to blame for the situation. They allowed this to happen and get to the point where it is now. I mean seriously, where else could an illegal immigrant buy a car and a house, open a bank account, get a drivers license? Isn't that a sign the government sent that they are complacent with the situation?

It's consistent with what the Congressional Black Caucus and the mainstream of the Democratic party supports: encouraging diversity and immigration. Obama thinks America needs immigration and so do I.

In Europe, the population of many countries is falling. So we need new people. Our natural hinderland is Africa. As it is, many young Africans are coming to Europe to work and start a new life. Also to study Whilst I think immigration should be controlled, it is a normal that populations move to better themselves in life.
Countries which were once 100% white, now have black minorities.
As a white woman I am glad to see that we are often the most accepting and liberal - as opposed to white males.
I for one am happy to have African men as my fellow citizens :)

If we are talking about legal immigration - which still needs to be controlled – that's one thing.
If we are talking about letting people of color come over because we want to overtake the majority race of a country because somehow we feel this will put people in their place – that's dubious at best.

There are some who feel that the uncontrolled flow of Mexican illegals are used to take power away from black people and now some are saying it's to talk power away from white people,,,,,

It seems to me that this lack of intelligence is where we need to take power away from.
