Why not just end the fuckin sanctions? Why do all these half-measures? Because they still want to tell other nations what to do. Stop it! I don't care for Communism at all, but it ain't our job to liberate them from it. As long as they don't threaten us, I don't care what they do. Government has no business telling people who they can or cannot associate with

I heard it too. But if Obama wants to go in a new direction with Cuba, why not sign an Executive Order ending the sanctions? Why all these meetings? It's that simple

I agree it is time to thaw this freeze, good for Obama. Canadians out there better enjoy your last couple of trips before the Yanks arrive and the prices get jacked up.

Yep, it is high-time for the beef with Cuba to end. The Cuban missile-crisis was over 40 years ago, so I agree that this looks good for the U.S. because it actually shows that things "could" be different.

Let's see we do business with China, Russia, Vietnam, the countries of Eastern Europe, yet we cannot do business with Cuba who is 90 miles off our coast, because we let the right wing Cubans in Florida dictate our policy toward that country. President Obama make a bold move drop the F###ing policy.

I am glad that Obama is acting to change a senselessly unjust foreign policy.

There really is nothing to be reviewed, let's end the fucking embargo.

Exactly!!! What is the point of all this "reviewing" shit? How hard is it to end the embargo? Just do an Executive Order

The man's only been in power for 70 or so days. He's got enough to deal with right now. The embargo's been in place for 50 years, one more can't hurt. The good news is that progress has been made.

Oh! But isn't the President always talking about being able to handle many different things at once? Can't he handle this too?

I wonder the same thing. This cat's barely old enough to remember Bush 41. There was eight years of peace and prosperity in there (we all know who). How'd he get so negative?
