What does everyone actually do for a living?

I'm just nosy, and so far only Cris has mentioned a few times that he is a (now qualified!) lawyer - I wondered what everyone else did...

I'm a law student, no real clear career plans yet.

I work for the Department of Taxation here in my state, but I am also self-employed.

 

Mergers and acquisitions specialist and I own my own businesses.

My college major is Business Marketing but i also take acting classes and am an Actor. I have done some plays and working some deals to get into a film or two and get my name out there. LA and NY are the best place to be for aspiring actors and actresses. Acting is my passion but my fall back plan is to do marketing with a record label or MTV or some sort of company. Marketing is something I also enjoy. Knowing a model also will help me get in the industry since the two professions are closely related and many models become actors and vice versa. My current income isn't much (I make mix Cd's and sell them to friends and such), but my family makes enough money that i dont really need an actual job at the moment.

it is fun, I also work for a charity for the poor in my city

 

I'm a student working on my degree in Business/Economics and getting a minor degree in Music production/sound engineering. I work part-time at a music store and I produce Hip Hop and R&B music for a living.

Future work plans: (whichever comes first) to do Real Estate sales & loans; to do sound engineering/production for a recording label/artists.

 

I am a digital artist who specializes in graphic and web design. Also do some work with 3d design and flash animations.

 

Public School Teacher (exceptional education - 10-13 yr olds)

 

I work in a hostel for homeless and inadequately housed young women. My aim is to rehouse them and help them with any mental health/substance misuse needs they may have.
