    Just saw this....

    The most likely to be killed by a spouse or ex-spouse are black women.

    The most likely to be killed by a boyfriend/girlfriend are black women followed closely by black men.

    More spousal abuse crimes are reported by women, but that doesn't have anything to do with whether or not women are 'more abused by men', like the media perpetuates, and with all due respect, PearlGirl, as far as stating my perception of the situation, well, you did the same thing, so yes, you are wrong.

    It's all good. I was wrong.
    I have no problem admitting that.

    Also, I clearly stated that it was my perception by saying "I think that...", as opposed to presenting things as fact. But hey whatever... the important thing to remember here ought not to be who's right or wrong, but rather to take conscience of all of the violence in this world and to see what we can do to prevent it!

    Yes, and to add, I made a typo yesterday. I meant to say that more sposual abuse crimes are reported by women and NOT men. Sorry about that.

    Even though we often disagree, it's a good thing that we both get along, LOL.
