When You Ban Somebody...

It depends. Sometimes just the username and sometimes both the username and IP. On other occasions a lot more than that.

Ideally, members should report trolls by clicking the symbol and not respond to any of their posts. It takes a few clicks to ban someone and remove their posts but it takes longer to fish through threads and remove posts where they've been quoted by other members.

We want to minimize the time spent dealing with trolls and maximize the effort they have to put in to being a loser.
