Also, one word---CRACK!!! The Black community's cryptonite. I personally believe no other event has destroyed Black people as much as crack and the WAR ON DRUGS. Of course there are other factors, but damn that crack man was the icing on the cake. The final blow to the Civil Rights Movement.
