1. There's a difference between plain not liking someone hating someone enough to kill them in the street on a group.
2. You still didn't explain the Greek and British national involvement. The British and Greeks aren't riding that hard for Serbia, if at all. Especially the British. They'd rather be fucking women in LA or Miami, not a shattered Eastern European nation.

Unlike L.A. this "shattered European nation" has a cultured history and a lot less poverty and inequality.
 
The point I was making is that there would be a historical animosity against Americans.
