BM/WW IR sightings on TV

Any context here if anybody still watch Legacies? I seen this on twitter but no one provided any context; but I kind of figured they were moving forward with MG and Lizzie.

This last episode was shockingly better than those which preceded it. I was like . . . why so much bullshit week after week?? You could have long been had done this lol

I'm watching tomorrow with interest. Definitely check last weeks episode out on CW app or OnDemand because it was a lot to take in after toooo many episodes where nothing of consequence seemed to happen for anyone other than Hope.

Don't care what MG does anymore . . . had less hormonal hunger than Dixon Wilson did and would probably run from some coochie if the offer ever arose at that school . . . and earlier this season he damn near did. Give the other brothers some play and I'm ok. My inner child cannot relate to an adolescent who knowingly and voluntarily walks around with eggplants in his underwear rather than get some warm, wet and wonderful because that's all I remember trying to do as a teen when I wasn't playing ball or working at the mall.

"Some kind of Hate" ~

Found another teen horror flick on Amazon and I can already tell this a much higher quality movie than "7 Deadly Sins" because its more serious and dramatically credible. It stars Maestro Harrell formerly of "Fear the Walking Dead" and "The Wire" as the antagonist . . . the sexy White women he gets to play with in this flick are way above average lol (a brunette and a blonde).

It's about diversionary adjudication camp for juvenile delinquents and Maestro is the Alpha male so he gets his top pick it seems from all the naughty girls (haven't finished it yet but they on him like he the HNIC lol). I watched the trailer last night and added it to my watchlist so we'll see how it goes. So far so good though :)

^^ Never mind . . . they have killed Randy already (SMDH). He was in bed with a beautiful blue-eyed blonde with a gym shredded body one minute . . . then pushed her off of him and got out bed only to get dressed and walk outside to the school and investigate suspicious sounds (uh oh).

If there is a killer outside and some coochie inside . . . I'm not going outside!!!

This is a TV series but it is a Netflix series directed by one of the most in demand filmmakers at this moment, Damien Chazelle, who will be directing many of the eps too. This is a period piece musical that will take place in Paris. Holland is a jazz pianist from NYC who is the lead of a band. His singer is a woman whom he has an on and off relationship with. Best news of all, the reason why I’m so anticipating this show, is that the singer is played by Joanna Kulig. I don’t expect anyone to know that name; I didn’t know of her either until I saw her in the Oscar nominated “Cold War” back in December. Take a look at her in the link. She’s stunning. She has the looks of the voluptuous blondes in the European films of the 1950s and 1960s.

UPDATE OF THE "EDDY".

A series I discussed back on page one. Melissa George has been cast in a recurring role as the ex-wife of Andre Holland's character.

As reported earlier in this period series that takes place in Paris, Holland's love interest is to be played by Joanna Kulig, a Polish actress. Perhaps there will be a brief love triangle with Holland being torn between these two women. Or maybe George's character will spend most of her time with her and Holland's daughter, who is being played by Amandla Stenberg.

The Eddy is a musical drama set in contemporary multicultural Paris revolving around a club, its owner (Holland), the house band, and the chaotic city that surrounds them. The eight-episode series will be shot in France and feature dialogue in French, English and Arabic for premiere exclusively to Netflix members worldwide.

George will play Alison Jenkins, a sophisticated New Yorker, comes to visit her ex-husband (Holland) and daughter (Stenberg) in Paris, with complicated results.

The Eddy Miniseries

Shot in France, this eight-part series centers on an erstwhile jazz pianist in New York (André Holland) who is now the co-owner of struggling club The Eddy, where he manages the house band fronted by his on-again-off-again girlfriend (Joanna Kulig).

One of the projects I've been looking forward to the most. Fell in love with Kulig last year.

Nice find. :)

Netflix just dropped the full trailer for "The Eddy":

In this vibrant musical drama Elliot Udo, a once celebrated musician from New York, is running a small Jazz club called The Eddy in a multicultural neighborhood in modern-day Paris. He is struggling to keep the club open, manage the house band and deal with his past. When he finds out that his partner is involved in questionable business practices things start to spin out of control. The limited series stars André Holland, Joanna Kulig alongside Amandla Stenberg, Leila Bekhti and Tahar Rahim.

CBS Cancels God Friended Me

CBS has opted to end drama God Friended Me after two seasons. I hear the decision was made early enough so the series’ creative team had time to craft the Season 2 finale as a series finale and give the show, from Warner Bros. TV and Berlanti Prods., a proper ending.

Well cast but horribly conceived. The writing was terrible.
