I'm a endo-meso, too, apparently. I've gone cardio-free recently and love it. Before I was doing what all the other women do, killing myself on the treadmill or eliptical and working with the same amount of weights as I've been doing for years. I read that book about being cardio-free and learned that each time you life weights you have to lift to muscle failure or you aren't doing anything. It's been just a few weeks and I can already tell a difference. What I'm most surprised about is that I haven't gained weight and I sweat and get my heart rate up just as much as I did with cardio. I didn't believe it was possible.
