i tripped upon this site about 2 years ago...my screen name was cosmetic...i was single at the time and i am currently single...single to me means not married...i have never been married...i have dated bm since high school...25+ years...when i joined the forum i was dating not just one man but several...i traveled alot for work and was in a place of abundance...the men were coming out of the woodwork...then i met magic...i let the rest go...tried the one on one relationship for a little over a year...that relationship ended before the holidays...i am currently single and not dating...perhaps a little cyber flirting and/or a crush here and there...nothing ventured...nothing gained...right now it's all about me and just being a good mom and working hard at a job i love since coming to the site: i have used almost every smiley to express how i feel about different postings...i speak my mind...that's who i am...i have made friends and apponents...everyone brings something to the buffet...it's my choice...your choice if you want to try their cooking... what has changed:the players...some new...some old...some black...some white...some men...some women...of these players some are...funny, witty, smart, deep, crazy, sexy, saucy, soft, flirty, unique, wild, cool, shocking, quirky, talented, joyful...and then all of the unmentionables enjoy!

It's been about 10 years since I was involved with a black man but I recently met this really cute black guy who works across the street from my apartment... we are hitting it off but haven't gone out (yet)... don't know where it's headed, but I'm growing more interested! Hi Soulthinker, I have not been here in a while so I just saw this. I am in the U.S. ... but I would love to visit Ireland one of these days and, I hope, eventually find out where exactly my family came from there. I read there is a lot of IR dating in Northern Ireland. Did you see the Crying Game? I wished the story was much different since it involved a Black British soldier.
Oh gosh, I haven't thought of that movie in a long time. Yes, I saw it years ago... Now I did not realize there is a lot of IR dating in Northern Ireland. Interesting. Off topic - my mom always said we were "black Irish" but I can't remember what is meant by that expression...?
