Good advice. I think that several people are starting to use their local library for internet service to cut back on costs. I'm on our local library board here, and I have seen a huge increase in the number of internet patrons with the economy being in the shape that it is in. Well, I am on vacatioin til the 31st, just returned from my daughter's Air Force Basic Training in Texas. My boyfriend came with me then flew back to Atlanta to pick up his stuff, as he transferred law schools back here, so he will be back Sunday. Going to a Sox and Yankees game Saturday. Finished my paid summer work, but no pay til next week, so I am having some friend visit this weekend and entertaining them cheaply LOL. Started a new workout routine, and healthier eating.
Thank you all so much for the well wishes I wish I could go to a library, that would be wonderful, free books, movies, dvds, cds, and internet. But as far as using the internet at the library, well, we don't have a library here in this town because it's so small . The library in the town closest to us is also in a different county and because of that we have to pay a huge fee to get a library card from there and we don't have the money for the fee or gas to go there. My mom called the phone company and it's official that they'll be shutting it off today. It's supposed to be shut off already and my mom got off the computer and went to take a nap partly because she thought the phone/internet was already shut off for some reason, but here I am, but I'm not going to tell her I'm on the internet right now somehow, heh, shhh. So what my mom is planning on doing is letting the home phone go and she's just going to buy a cell phone because she's tired of the phone company screwing us and she's going to buy some kind of thingy when she gets paid that's going to allow us internet without a phone. So it will just be a couple of weeks hopefully. *crosses my fingers*
That is so sweet of you to say. I always enjoy your posts as well. I was hoping to get back to Chicago this year, but it doesn't look like I'm going to get to. The next time that I'm there, you are definitely on the top of my lists for drinks and a little DnD. That doesn't sound like a bad plan. LOL At an airport several years ago, I picked up a book called 'Why Do Men Love Bitches?' It's a pretty funny read. There is one part that I actually read to all my friends about what you should prepare for the first meal that you cook for him. I'll have to post it for you. It's hysterical.

Hey Britty you could try getting one of these when you have a small amount of money available, they are quite cheap here now so it should be even cheaper over there about £25 here. I have one for my laptop so i can get on the net wherever I take it, I've taken it everywhere too, it's so handy. [/IMG] Mine is black but as you can see they also do them in pink lol

lippy is realing through her "todo" list today...just got my hair cut/colored this morning...eyebrows waxed...pedicure...now to get a few things done around the house and prep/pack for my trip to vegas this weekend...it is a business trip but you know lippy has a few tricks up her sleeve and plans to have some fun as well... lippy
LOL!! Love the picture!! Yes, mosquitos are pure evil. I hate them. I often wonder what purpose they serve, though I'm not curious enough to actually look it up. My daughter has very bad reactions to their bites. I've had to put hydro-cortisone cream on them as soon as she gets them, so they don't turn nasty and infected. A couple of years ago, I actually got a bite that became infected. It was painful. I had to put triple anti-biotic cream on it for 3 days before I noticed the infection going away. I hate mosquitos, too!!
yeah, my mum has the same problem. Usually they dont bite me much (because I am mean and I have bitter blood ), but today probably they were very very hungry.
