seems i will have a very busy months, and mostly wil try not to spend much as planning to go for holidays at the end of the year.. i know i said this many times and never went anywhere but this time i will ... in about 2 months time i will know better and i can organice the tickets.. need to see first with my son school when his exams will be after that we can go he can miss 2 weeks of school ...this year he will finsih early maybe 2 weeks as he will start year 10..
and we have 5 weeks for xmas break so ... i guess we can manage to go for 8 weeks very easy... hope the exams is not at the end lol if not we can have more time.. so xmas and new year next time with a snow (maybe )
will be very cold for me been a long time having that cold weather but no other way.. to be there on summer not much school holidays ..
anyway its nice to spend with family xmas never had one from the time i moved to Australia...

i guess something nice to look foward and when i have the tickets and i know its for sure then will be even better..
already started this year better not much drinking.. only water and coffee and tea... now need to star exercise.. and eat more healthy..

and holidays with no headache my husband will stay home and look after the cats ... not only that he cant take that long holidays ..good for me..

I have missed heaps of updates because of my holidays so hope everyone is well or will get better or are enjoying themselves.

I had a great holiday, 2 weeks in Guyana, 1 week in Canada, then several days in a Caribbean resort. Lovely way to wrap up the break.

Forgot to get one. I was at the shop, too, and was talking about it and everything, but didn't do it.


Japan Town was the SHIT!!!! So was Chinatown. Went to an anime shop and found a flyer for a 3 day anime convention in my city, with two voice actors from an anime I love. HELL YEAH!!!!!!!

 

Ironic that I read this as Nate and his friends have forced me to watch Yu Yu Hakusho. lol

 

I'm actually about to get on that one, soon. My friend says it's hella badass. It's one of his favorites.

 

Ok, now that I am no longer drunk, I can elaborate on my awesome day yesterday.

My lovely little friend (She's 5'2 so I can call her little) told me on my birthday to keep Monday free so we could hang out. I thought that was all that was going to happen. She brought over a movie and me, her, Nate, and our friend James sat around and watched it (Paranormal Activity...I actually kinda liked it, too.) though she had told me that at 7 we were going somewhere and wouldn't tell me anything about it other than that.

I thought maybe we were all gonna go out for dinner or something, but then there was talk of a blindfold. I was like wtf?? and thought she was kidding, but when we got to the car I got blindfolded. lol

She even made me walk into our destination wearing it! lol
It was crazy.

So then when she took it off there were a bunch of our friends and her dad, who is a karaoke dj, and they all yelled "surprise" and it was sooo surreal. I've never had a surprise party, or a for real birthday party before, so I was completely shocked.

Her dad donated his skills and equipment and time to host a karaoke party for me. omg it was so fun. And we were at a pool hall so I got a couple of shots of my beloved captain morgan to boot.


Theeeeeen afterward we all went back to Nate's house and got reeeeeally drunk. lol There were video games and alcohol and multiple drunken adventures between my and Nate's apartments.

I also got to feel up some boobies.

And I learned that our British friend is hiiiilarious when he's drunk. Hahah. He forgets to watch his language and devolves into adorable slang.

 

They love it. lol My own judgment hasn't been decided yet. I'm not a huge anime fan, though.

The intro theme song is super gay, btw. And the ending theme sounds like the theme from The Cleveland Show. hahah

At one point i had three hot chicks on my lap (they were kinda stacked on top of each other. lol it looked uncomfortable) and boobies in both hands.

haha, you really should be. One of the girls in particular is absolutely stunning. I couldn't tell you how many projects she's modeled for already...suffice to say the photography teacher has seen her a billion times. She's honestly one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen. I'd post her pictures, but it might garner her a few stalkers.

Haven't been around in awhile, things are good, my new washing machine got delivered early :smt034 i was exstremely happy to see it lol
been sticking to the no smoking and gym that i started in October although I must admit that the terrible Snow down in the South East of England has played havoc with my attendence (as in when I'm Snowed in I cannot get there lol)
Have my lovely man asleep on the sofa next to me while i write this, he took a half day off work to hang out with me and the kids then cook us dinner, i have truly been blessed in recent months.

My course does not start again till the 16th ( I think!) it looks like i have another day of sledging with the kids planned tommorow, there is a wicked hill in the park behind the house the whole village is out there careening down it in daylight hours.

Probably be around a bit this week seeing as my Saloon is stuck in 6 inches of snow (wish i had a 4x4)

 

having a bad day or something i drop my coffee more then once i guess my keyboard wanted some .. then my lunch that had hot noodles good i didnt get burn a lot lol

now waiting until the day finish what else will happen


still talking of doing exercise thinking to start saturday (if this ever happen lol) i even took pics with the swimsuit to see how i will look after few month lol oh well mostly will turn i will start for a week and then give up as always until some month pass thats my exersice:mrgreen:

 

What's going on with me? A lot, as usual. But I'm making it a New Year's Resolution to be on here more :-D

 

I'm super excited about my compositing class. We're learning how to make background plates for movies. omg, it's so awesome!!!!

mattepainting.org this website showcases come really good plates. I'm hoping mine looks this good. I think I can do it!

Info: If you don't know what a background/matte plate is, basically it's the background of a scene that is filmed on a green/blue screen. Sometimes it's really simple and people use just regular photos or simple images. Think of the weatherman on the local news. He's on a blue/green screen, and the images are all made on a computer.

Welllll, what we're learning is the same technology, only we're trying more for super realistic backgrounds pieced together from photos and hand digital painting in photoshop. Think LotR, The Matrix, Pirates of the Caribbean...hell, any movie taking place in an non-realistic environment.

I totally think I can do this, if I can get the hang of layer masks. I've been lazy and neglected using them, and worked more toward the destructive side of editing photos (actually deleting parts of images instead of hiding them) but I need to go non-destructive so I can more easily edit the plates.

...if that made any sense to anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about. lol Sorry, I'm just super excited! This is going to be a fun class, though likely a good challenge. These are my favorite challenges though. Cause, while it'll be hard, I think I can be really good at it.

I can't decide what to do for my first project, though. Chances are fantasy/sci-fi will be a better option, since that's where this kind of stuff is used the most, but I just can't think of an environment I want to use yet. Oh well, hopefully I come up with something soon, I've only got two weeks to do my first image and there's a loooot of work to do!

Tomorrow is Western Civ. Hahah, the history nerd in me rejoices.
