the chart doesn't mimic skin tone to well i can't really say, but i'll pick 19 and 16. im like a reddish medium brown

01 in Winter and 04 in Summer depending on exsposure, I tan quite well but I don't intentionally go out and Sunbathe these days even if your skin doesn't have a tedency to burn the damage is there still.
