LOL!! No, that "he" is a "she". I have a daughter not a son and Tarshi knows that. I was just calling her on her flub. :smt011
Boy, do I have my blonde moments. LMAO!! Yes, I wrote what I wrote and then completely forgot about it. OOPS!! And I didn't re-read that. Espy to the rescue! Thanks! (I'm all discombobulated still.)
Hahahaha! Well I have dense moments, and I'm not even blonde so I have no excuse. I hope you get recovered from the move and you're all settled in.
has anyone seen the repurcussions of people who tried or kept the kids away from the other parent ? If so what happened ?
guess i must be weird then. when i left my ex i wanted him to have an active role in my daughters life so he had times he could be with her in the hospital ( she was in hospital most of her first year ) he hardly ever bothered, only showing up if he wanted money from me. he then decided he wanted her to die and threatened to take her from the hospital so i had to get an order than NO ONE ( me included ) could remove her from the hospital. when she was ready to go home i started court proceedings to make sure she got to spend time with her dad in an appropriate setting with supervision since he refused to learn how to care for her. result was he again often failed to show up ( he had 2 sessions a week, each for several hours as a starter ) and when he did show up he would attack me and on one occaion he attacked my mum and kaya too courts at this point thought he should be given further chances dispite my exes lawyer getting tired of the situation and suggested i should remove kaya from the contact location if he hadnt arrived within 15 minutes of the start time in the end it didnt matter as after 8 months of him messing around he told the judge he didnt want to see her while she was not normal ( his words not mine ) when he was told she would never be "normal" he told them he wanted nothing more to do with her money wise when we sold our house my lawyer wanted me to push for 80% of the proceeds since i was the one who had paid all the morgage, bills etc but all i wanted was the situation to end so i told them to just split it 50/50 and be done with it. he has never paid child support either as when the csa contacted him he threatened them and me again so they dropped it
well the men I hang with are very good bros ...we are from the back woods of alabama. 1 is a small business owner who has custody of his kids. the other is an engineer and he fought for visitations and I am a grad student (will be) and Im fighting for visitation because she is acting an ass. there are plenty of good bro's out there who are being real fathers we are just over shadowed by the handful
oh i know there are, my other half is a damn good dad to my daughter dispite the fact she isnt biologically his oh and my ex isnt a "bro" he was asian ( not that it makes a difference, theres good and bad dads the world over along with good and bad mums ) can you put into court for a hearing without a lawyer if you cant afford one? for me lawyers didnt do much, when we went before the judge i did most of the talking, ex would only talk to confirm his none interest in precedings i can see your a smart guy and am sure you can stay level headed enough to put your case across for a good amount of visitation rights/ joint custody
Im looking forward to get my day in court. So ladies what have you witnessed the repercusions when a parent kept the kids away from the other.
It seems very hard to understand you women are single...yall are a little too rational and mature. LOL.
