Shear adventure, curiosity and openness of mind led me to this site, which so far seems to be quite active and alive. Seeing IR related issues exchanged freely ain't a bad thing either, kudos to all ya out there! Being from Africa, I almost think I am the only one (or may be one among very few) others in here, which is not an issue anyway. I just ask for a little orientation on how "it works" apart from the obvious ABCs of the webmaster. "It works", as in is it just, post, reply, reply, then post, then reply or the flavor is more than that? :smt069

Thanks andreboba, I guess every site has its psychos, and experience in other sites have at least made my tentacles more alert.:yawinkle:

hey yonda, good to have you on board :)

yep you pretty much just post and reply, have a read around the treads and see if anything takes your fancy :)

Robina, thanks for the welcome. I am still reading through posts here and there to get a clearer picture. Of course, the long term hope is to make more acquaintances and meet individuals with open minds.:smt095

How about sponge cake my dear? Am sure if you post that via mail then there is no danger of it crushing to pieces. I have a feeling I will surely enjoy your bake.

Still navigating around but wait a minute!, does the Chat facility work really...several times I land there and it is as empty as a black hole!

It is used on occation. Sometimes its used requently, and then it gets quiet for a long time. It is still summer and people are out - I bet it will get more use once the winter arrives.
