You are surely speaking on behalf of many. Humans have an inbuilt desire to make progress, and will naturally seek any environment that is dynamic even if on fictional levels. Anything contrary will definitely get mojos freezing cold. In all honesty, nobody just plunges him/herself into some forum out of emptiness of objective, pretense aside, that curiosity that brought whoever to this forum, carried with it some expectation besides just posting and smiling away or even acting the superman of the forum(as others seem to be heads down, legs up in their bid to capture the title). If anyone was purely searching for entertainment then surely we would all be in www.enterteainmentuniversal.com, but as it is, we are here. That is why the few black women or white men that have attempted to sneak in get kicked to cloud nine. Why? They are not part of the agenda!! Posts merely act as the ice breakers to greater expectations, but if the ice isn't breaking under your feet..or mine, then definitely greener pastures will do the trick!!......blame the distances involved, or the virtuality of the interactions involved on your way out, at least it will keep you from turning back with baseless nostalgia.
I looked up and it says dosage for adult 30 mcg. I buy almost all my supplements at Vitamin Cottage here and I trust any brand they have so don't pay so much attention on brand. That may be a local health food grocery to Colorado though. Just don't go to Whole Paycheck Foods or they will...........take all your money.
