Hi,

My name is Tracy and I just signed-up and am wondering how many guys are here from CA? Trying to learn how to meet people here, not very tech sauve. Suggestions welcomed.

Whats the difference between the diff types of members, bronze, senior?

It depends upon the number of posts you've made. I believe 500+ posts is Senior, but I cannot recall what the number is to move from Bronze to Member, 200 perhaps.

Thanks for the info.

BA I liked what you put on a post about "good black man." People shouldn't get more or less recognition for their achievements based on skin color, but their attitude while doing something. N, where exactly is hatersville?

Goodlove, if your spirit is in CA, where is your flesh?

Aonther site question: How does one contact people on here privately?:D

Also, how do you know if someone is single and looking for relationship? Is there an icon or something? When I read posts, it seems to be a mix of people in IR and single/but looking primarily for sex.

Glad you liked my post, Tracy.

And Hatersville isn't a real place. :smt043 I just made it up because my friend I like to be haters at times and be assholes, because that's our sense of humor. :p I'm actually in Sacramento.

And as far as the private messaging, there is none.

I was guessing Hatersville did not have a good GPS signal 8-).

so if want to get to know someone and dont want all ur biz on a forum, I have to master instant messaging on yahoo or something??? Ugg...

Yeah, you gotta use Yahoo or Facebook or some other outside source. The only way of leaving others private messages on here(in a way) is to leave somebody rep. But you are limited to the amount of rep you can give somebody in a certain time eperiod.

Hi, Welcome I am new here also,

I lived in L.A. for a couple of years, I should have never left, I had a couple of sexy WW asking me to marry them! LOL! I came back home to Kentucky thinking I was something! I forgot that not being white, having all of my teeth and washing everyday would hinder me in the dating scene here!

What's a rep?

Rep= reputation

You see the green bars under each person's avatar and other info? That's rep. More more the better. If you see somebody who has a red bar, they are a dick and most people don't like and have been negatively repped. To add rep, you click on the little scale icon in between the caution exclamation sign and the green circle.

Thanks 4 info

Thanks BA for the rep tip. I will watch out for the red :smt096

I put a pic on and see it in my public profile, how do I get it to show up when I post on a thread?

Thanks for the welcomes.
