I have had to deal with that too, I find it really sad,,, my ex tried to drown himself in the bottom of a pool. My heart went out to him, but how could I be with him after a stint like that. I told him that if he didn't care enough about his own life how could he take care of mine and any future children we may have had. Sad for all involved. Exactly.... That is how I felt about my ex, but again at the end of the day, they need time to get themselves together and their head in the right place before they can give you the love and respect you deserve and need.
