-Go to www.tinypic.com
-Click "upload" on top left of page
-Click "browse" tab and choose what picture file on your computer you want.
-Retype password as you see.
-Your pic will upload to a new page showing pic
-Highlight the image code you want and paste it into the forums reply box
-Click preview to see how it looks and make corrections
-Once everything looks right, click submit

Please hurry.......the thirst is strong!
