yeah you're definitely not supposed to talk dirt on your superiors, to people below you, whether you're in the military or in the workforce. that's a big no no. Every single director I had has said nothing but sweetness about their bosses, no matter how much we bitched. Only thing that beats that, is going above someone in the chain of command, with a problem. That reaaaally pisses people off.
