I live about 20/25 minutes South of downtown depending on the traffic (I'm in the burbs southside). I was actually going to go up to my friends place in Lakeview today but I got sick on Thurs so I'm taking it easy and staying in. You'll like Chicago. Place is really segregated though.
Tired of self-defeating negroes, segregation everywhere, bla bla bla. If you are together, you can pull in any situation.
Umm please point out to me where I said IR was difficult or you couldn't "pull"?? I said the city is very segregated. Which it is.
Chicago was the home of the first Black Heavyweight Champ,Jack Johnson who was also buried there. Plus,lots of Black achievements. Over the years the brothers could find those WW. Any brother who has the skills and sometimes money will date them.

@ Bookworm You're so right. I was in St. Louis all day and yesterday and saw the blizzard coming down. I can't wait to get back to Florida next week and warm my bones! Although I'm used to it, since I was born here.
