Guys and Poetry

My boyfriend has written me a few lovely poems in the past. I want to reciprocate. So, guys would you like it if your girlfriend wrote you a poem?

But I did see this one thing where the girl left her boyfriend(of 10 years) a note telling him how much she cared about him. She hid it in his truck.

Yes, I love it when it is spontaneous, and heartfelt.

I don't think it is something one needs to ask around before doing. Love should always be without boundaries and should continually make one break rules with convention.

 

Yes I would. My woman is very creative with crafts. I would love to find out how creative she is with words of love.

 

It wouldn't matter to me, because I don't really expect much in return. If she does, it would be nice. If not, then it's okay.

 

How often did you write poems for guys and developed a soft spot?

Yep, I'm a very wordy and philosophical individual. I appreciate those kind of things that come from the heart.

 

I am very artistic but will pass.

 

I'm not a particularly sentimental person and poetry is my least favorite form of literature. I prefer novels and plays, usually having to do with conflicts based on other topics than romantic love.

 

Write your lover a play then.

Why thankyou, Tam. There's a very subtle message to it, which is something I think both men and women can identify with. The essence of it is that we're all equals and that a world of give/give is better than give/take and.....Oops, sorry I crawled up my own arse there for a moment.
