lippy appreciates the mention...i left to prove a point mostly to myself and that was that i was using the forum as a crutch and it was time to get out and meet real people again...this place is like a drug and i went cold turkey...i've read a few threads and i see not much has changed...perhaps just some of the faces...
you see that from time to time you get really emotional outbursts from some posters, that really demonstrates that the forum is playing too important a role in their lives which is not good, considering that this is the internet and not everyone is who they say they are (and probably have a different personality offline, than the fool they make themselves out to be online). Taking words close to heart without really knowing who is writing them, can be unwise.
that is an understatementi left 8 months ago with my undies in a bundle...i see what i predicted came to fruition...water finds it's own level...people can only hide behind a facade for so long...
