You make an interesting point UnChosen, however I still say cheating is the coward's choice. The honorable thing to do is to simply leave if things are that bad at home. What got me riled up in her initial posts is not only the infidelity but what I perceive to be her subscribing to the centuries old "Black Buck" stereotype.

So, what aspects of morality are valid for judging? I have no horse in the race, but I was just wondering what aspects of morality are "grist for the mill"? Granted, all of us have individual ideas about what is moral behavior and what isn't moral behavior. The divorce rate is greater than 50% in the U.S. and numerous surveys show that a large percentage of partners, male and female, cheat sometime during their marriage. Having said that I don't believe that spouses should cheat on one another either. Yes, this is a forum that claims the participants are interested in "healthy" WWBM relationships. But, where do you draw the lines at behavior that should be criticized? Obviously, people have mentioned married men but what about single men and women with multiple simultaneous relationships? How about men or women who have "friends with benefits" relationships? How about people who are dishonest, lie or steal. How about those who are disrespectful? How about those that engage in certain sexual acts or those who have certain sexual preferences? All those can be viewed as immoral behaviors by commonly accepted definitions. So, why should we judge one more harshly than another? For me, it's just a question for thought, because I don't judge anyone. I'm far too concerned about my own shortcomings and improving to be the best I can be. It's for them and their partners to sort out.
