Ratings, Reputation, and Jail

Yeah, so, what is the point of someone leaving you negative rep saying "ew", but anonymously, and not attached to any thread?

I can only conclude that this person is not a fan of mine :p

I'm really, really sorry, but I'm a complete dumb regarding this!!! I tried to understand how it works, but numbers have never been very friendly towards me and I can't just make sense of this rep matter.

What I mean to say is, please, forgive me is I'm not doing the right things such as giving points or whatever to those I would like to as I'm handicapped to understand how it works.

I don't even know how this rep point came out under my handle. Hopefully, if I read the webmaster explanation over and over something will light a bulb above my head and I can be able to understand this rep thing and points and all... so please, bear with me!

Question of Webmaster...

I have two unsigned and unwritten positive reps each 2 minutes apart from the same thread. How did that happen?

Infractions and Jail time

Infractions may be giving by the admin or moderators to registered members who break the rules or disrupt the forum. Infractions give points to members that will determine a member's status. Points are given based on severity.

1 Point = warning (10 days)
2 Points = jail (typically 10 days)
3 Points = banned (typically 10 days or permanent)

Infractions/points may be given for:

Inappropriate language
Insulting Other members
Signature violations
Spammed Advertisements

A member who is jailed will be restricted to posting in the Internal Affairs section for the length of their jail term. Jail bars will appear on their avatar and their membership status will display "Jailed." Jailed members cannot hide their online status.

Once their jail term expires they will be automatically transferred back to their former status.

How does a moderator give an infraction?

I'm not sure if moderators can see it actually. It's a tab in each members profile next to the "friends" tab called Infractions.

Basically, if a member accumulates a certain number of infractions they can be automatically moved to a different member group.

Yeah, I don't see it there.

I don't really understand whats going on, I think I lost something but I can't remember what I had in the first place. :D

I do think the post count rep you get is rubbish though, you could be co-signing ur life away and still move up, we should keep it to a rep point for every year you've been here and let the other rep determine the winners.
If you can call the rep systeme winning?

Is it winning? lol
