I'll chime. Basically youre standing a top of what appears to be somebody's head (as in, youre always way over your head). You have a high regard for your physical beauty indicated by what appears to be webcam-like objects shaped like eyes pointing at you. But on the surface you actually look like a troll with gas (balloons) squeezig from your ass. (lol) Ofcourse you have all these lil followers following you and your pseudo depiction of "beauty". At the back theres sunlight beaming over your head with flowers etc, basically, in this "world" (world of inner beauty), you are centre of attention and the glow of spring (flowers symbol of anything new) is with you every where you go lol

In a nutshell, you're standing on top of the world and the eyes of the earth represents everyone you know and love (and hate out of love). Certainly, while there are people who love you, there are those who revile you as well. The little "Goombas" are basically them - those who hate you for being you.
