Doggie, you too big for that(he doesn't like the webcam, hence the scurred face). Nope. He's not right now but I noticed both tonight & a couple of nights ago that he was logged on. Just wondering how unless logging on and lurking is all he's able to do.

If someone is banned, they are prevented from posting. However they can log on to the forum, and I believe they can access the same public areas of the forum that a non-member can access. So they can read, but cannot participate by posting, chatting, or giving rep.
That's what I've figured. It's sort of unusual that if you're banned on here, your account will still be available.

I've driven through Louisiana, but never actually got to explore it. I have people there though - I should go visit, haha. I'd love to spend some time in New Orleans...I was a music major in college so I can appreciate the heavy jazz influence that you guys own -- is it as crazy as everyone portrays?
Hahaha, well define crazy first and elaborate further on the specifics. I can tell you that, overall, we're a crazy lot, especially during festivals like Essence Fest and Jazz Fest.
It was earlier in the week maybe Monday or Tuesday when I was logged on and about to browse the Funny Shit Thread and saw he was logged on. I figured that must be the case. Just found it strange because I figured most people once banned wouldn't try to come back under the same screen name and lurk.
