While I side with J Lo over Diddy on another site someone pointed out how on her new single with Lil Wayne she used one of the hottest artists in the game (A black man)to try to sell records but in the video her love interest wasn't a black man. Also stated how when she was a nobody actress she played the love interest of a black man who was one of the biggest actors in Hollywood at the time but after she came up no more black guys as lovers on screen.Thought it was a good point

That's what I pointed out earlier, but some apologists didn't want to hear it. She turned down the female lead in "Hitch," which was a HUGE movie at a time when she was one of the top box office attractions in Hollywood. Some dude was in here claiming that it was because of scheduling, but I can't find any verification of that. All the stories that I've seen just said that she didn't want the part.
This is why I don't like this broad. It's clear that she made a conscious effort to distance herself from all BM (not just Puffy/Diddy) after her career blew up when she had been a poster girl for many black men during the 90s. And dumb ass nuckas were (and are) still giving her props. Now, that her career is on the slide and she's had some non-BM's kids, she's running back to this clown for the headlines. Like I said before, I don't know why anybody here is excited about this story. Brothers need to stop being so eager to feast on everyone else's scraps, especially the ones who diss us in their primes.
And to top it off, this broad ain't even white.
