When you have tons of women coming forward to say 'this guy raped me', and he's been charged with this crap before, it stands to reason that he didn't just STOP that shit, especially if he managed to weasel his way out of it in the past. He probably kept going, and got worse...and that poor maid had the unfortunate luck to run into him that morning and to be his latest victim. Unlucky for her, because she's not the picture of angelic perfection, she asked for it...or she tried to do it for money...it's really disgusting. This is why women don't report rapes, and this is why rape will be an issue for forever. As long as people engage in victim-blaming, rather than tackling the actual issue, which is 'WHY DO MEN THINK THEY CAN RAPE A WOMAN?!' or,really, 'WHY DOES ANYONE THINK THEY CAN RAPE ANYONE?!', then we'll never resolve this.

It didn't say she lied- it says they're dropping the charges because they can't build a case. That's not the same thing. That's what happens when you're poor going up against a guy who's rich...especially with the current racial divide. A rich white businessman from France who rapes women for sport has more credibility than a poor woman who's an immigrant...an illegal immigrant, at that, last I read.
