Passive aggressive shit, for a start. No pouting at me if I don't turn my life upside down to accommodate nonsense. If you've got an issue with something I've said or done, or not done, tell me. Don't make me guess. Two people who care about one another, and care about their connection can work out almost anything if they're both coming at it in good faith, with honest intentions. But if you're dealing, let's say, with a woman who has a very responsible job, maybe family obligations either kids or parents, etc., she's unlikely to notice you pouting in the corner instead of actually telling her you're upset about something.

One of the things which got the much younger guy I was seeing bounced was that. Don't make my leaving at the end of the evening a pouty ordeal. If I tell you when I get there that I have to leave by X pm, don't make it into a scene when I actually get up to leave at that time, etc.

I'm pretty straightforward, and I expect grown men to be so as well. There was a discussion on the forum a bit ago about sex, and how some folks have a time limit in their heads about when is too soon, or too long to wait. A woman that's a bit older is unlikely to play that game - she'll let you know right away if she's interested. If she's interested but wants to wait until a connection is established, she'll tell you that too. You won't have to guess whether or not she's into you either way.
