Ever since I stopped eating after work at like 3 am, I've felt more energetic, less gassy, and lighter in the morning. I can get 6 hours of sleep and be ready to rock and roll through my days now. I limit my meat/heavy food intake to 8 or 9 pm. If I am hungry at home at 2 or 3, I stick to granola bars and water
Right on. That late night trip to the drive-thru or the kitchen can set you up for a bad one by mid-morning (and a Dutch oven even before that).

Lol I was wondering what the problem was with me, but a coworker told me about why she'd take her meal break at 7 pm everyday. So I comitted myself to going to bed sooner after work and getting up early enough to eat a good sized breakfast

Right. I've been trying to make breakfast or lunch the largest meals I take in. That way I have enough active time ahead to help with digestion.
that my problem i can not have only that maybe have the proteins you need but it is a snack and that what i don't like .. i have mostly food... and i hardly ever have any snacks i prefer to have a second plate and miss cakes ice cream and any other type that is there... i try not to eat but i felt dizzy after if i don't ... usually i have left over dinner and if none left.. i maybe make some eggs and capsicum and eat to feel better... need something heavy... i try to have a fruit but i felt worse and sick on my stomach after i thought of yogurt but only i can have few spoons of that ..... i can not eat enough to feel full.... as this make me sick because of milk last night i had one egg(friend egg )one tomato and few slices of cupsicum that was normal but i end up eating way too much bread with that... 5 slices lol i like bread maybe i can try to have more late dinner and not 6 to 7 pm maybe more to 9pm and this will help to not feel hungry after... wish i loved snacks will be more easy then cooking in the middle of the night lol ohh i got a box of Ferrero Chocolate that been given to me at xmas and still have not touch them that say a lot how much i care about sweets or snacks
yeah that's definitely how i roll now when i get home..like i said, i only fuck with a few granola bars if i feel hungry otherwise i get home, shower..relax for a few and go to bed ive been feeling MUCH better now, and i dont feel full and tired after i wakeup from sleep lol
granola bars are a healthy light snack..i think you should look into something like that or similar the ones I buy are pretty low in sugar and the such, and do the job so I don't go to bed starving
that is nothing depand what food i have i can almost have a full loaf of bread in a day that is why i avoid cooking food like this often
