How long does a shirt have to be to be considered a dress?

    It should reach half way to the knees. But reality is that some women will wear shirts with ass hanging out and call it a dress. :smt017

    This one dude had the shirt lower than his knees. It reminded of a teacher's comment when he is that a dress or a shirt. what a character.
